When it’s hard to satisfy a full office of craft beer aficionados, one must consider the quality and integrity of an event that will cater to such tastes. RdM Architecture responded with a two day celebration and staff appreciation event that started with lunch and libations at Sierra Nevada. It then proceeded with a tour of New Belgium and of course a stop in its tasting room. Next up, the staff did take a little time to check into the brand new Hilton Gardens Inn with its rooftop bar overlooking the downtown, but didn’t stay long because another stop was on the agenda. It was on to sample menu items for dinner and more craft beer at Wicked Weed! And without missing a beat . . . or drink . . . some walked, some relied on Uber, over to a little less known spot, a speakeasy with no signage on the door, called The Crow and Quail. We aren’t quite sure how long everyone stayed, but almost everyone was on time for an architectural history tour of the Grove Park Inn.
