Rick, Barrow and Nicolas attended the 3-day annual conference this past August, held at the Grove Park Inn. The educational and networking conference was opened with an inspiring presentation by Lt. Col Rob “Waldo” Waldman entitled “One Team, One Mission” comparing his team experience with today’s highly competitive and constantly changing business world. He used his book, Never Fly Solo to explain how winning organizations promote cultures of trust, commitment and mutual support. Lieutenant Waldman chronicled his 11-year career as a United States Air Force fighter pilot, flying F-16s in over 65 missions all the while learning that he depended on a team for success.
Attending the educational sessions provides firm leadership direct insight to hospital operational, financial, planning and regulatory issues.

An NCHEA Associate member since 2011 RdM Architecture has attended its two annual conferences on a regular basis creating successful new opportunities including Morehead Memorial Hospital and Stanly Regional Medical Center.
